1. Where is Timepod
located?
We are an online-based reseller based in Manila, Philippines.
2. Are you an authorized dealer?
Yes. We are an authorized dealer for the watches we sell. The manufacturers’
website are linked in our store for verification.
3. Are the watches authentic?
Yes. We only deal directly with the manufacturers. There are absolutely
no replicas in our shop.
4. Are the watches new?
Yes. We only carry brand new watches.
5. Watch Warranty
All watches comes with the Manufacturer's 2 yr. International
Warranty.
6. Why buy with Timepod and
not from manufacturer?
Timepod carries the risk of shipping the
watches from the manufacturer to the Philippines.
Thus, buyers are saved from the hassles of shipping and customs.
7. Where can we physically inspect
these watches?
The watches are intended to be sold through the internet. However,
if one wishes to view the watch, the client can set up an appointment
by contacting us via our email.
8. Will repair be done locally or by the manufacturer?
Timepod has a good watch technician who will diagnose
the problem. If the issue is minor, then it will be repaired locally.
Otherwise, it will be sent to the manufacturer.
9. Do you have any return policy?
All watches come with a return policy.
Only watches which are found to be faulty or dead on arrival can
be returned within 3 days of receipt for an exchange. To be acceptable
for a refund or exchange, the watch must not have been worn, altered
or damaged in any way. This includes removal of bracelet links and
protective stickers. Should they or their packaging be altered or
damaged in any way, we will charge accordingly.
Should they meet the requirements above, we will deliver or ship
out a replacement upon receiving the returned watch. Items returned
should be clearly labeled as "GOODS RETURNED UNDER
WARRANTY".
10. How do you delivery?
For Metro Manila clients, can be hand delivered
to the designated shipping address. For clients outside Metro Manila,
orders shall be delivered via FedEx.
